Holy Trinity Primary School
On 26 March Little Green Space visited Matlock Bath Holy Trinity School, to clear an area of overgrown shrubs and create a mini-orchard near the school entrance. Year 4 children from the school's gardening club planted the trees: two apples and a plum. They then planted garlic around the trees. Funding for this project was provided by Derbyshire County Council's Greenwatch grant. Little Green Space will continue to support Matlock Bath Holy Trinity School with the creation of a new garden area during 2009. |
