MATLOCK MERCURY NEW YEAR HONOURS 2011

On 4 February 2011, Richard and Penny Bunting of Little Green Space received an award from the Matlock Mercury newspaper. The New Year Honours 2011 Award recognised "the great contribution made to the community" by environmental project Little Green Space.

Little Green Space was nominated for the award by Matlock Bath Holy Trinity School, where we have planted fruit trees and a butterfly and bee garden. The award was presented by Matlock Mercury editor Amanda Hatfield at a special event at the Imperial Rooms in Matlock.
