Our winter feeding programme has attracted regular visitors including:

Hackney Leys is also home to tawny owls, and is regularly visited by kestrels. There have also been sightings of red kites and buzzards.

During the summer months a family of swifts frequent The Leys and we are also visited by house martins and swallows.

We have also had visits from blackcaps, black-headed gulls, bramblings, collared doves, crows, goldcrests, herons, tree creepers, yellowhammers, house sparrows, feral pigeons, chiffchaffs and rooks.
