Threats to butterflies include habitat loss, increased use of insecticide and changes in land use. By providing a range of nectar-rich plants, food plants for their caterpillars and over-wintering sites we are doing what we can to help.

• Red Admiral
• Small Skipper
• Small Tortoiseshell
• Small White
• Meadow Brown
• Speckled Wood

We are also encouraging bumble bees, ladybirds and other beneficial insects through careful planting schemes.
